About the role

We are looking for experienced, dependable cleaning subcontractors to join our growing team. Key areas include:

• Kitchen cleaning with experience
• Floor Care experience
• Warehouse cleaning
• Office cleaning
• Post construction cleaning

We are especially interested in subs who offer:

• Floor care (stripping/waxing, carpet cleaning, VCT, concrete polishing)
• Post-construction cleaning
• Specialty or high-detail cleaning services
• Small crews available for large or rush jobs

Requirements

• Valid business license or ability to work as a subcontractor (1099)
• Reliable transportation and cleaning supplies/equipment for your specialty
• Commercial cleaning experience
• Able to pass background check if required by clients
• Professional attitude - we work with high-profile accounts, so reliability is key
