Commercial Cleaning Project Lead
Job Duties
Support the District Manager with daily operational needs
Lead and oversee cleaning teams across multiple sites
Ensure quality standards, safety compliance, and scope execution
Assist with staffing coverage, training, and onboarding
Respond to client needs, inspections, and service issues
Support special projects and emergency coverage as needed
Maintain clear communication with management and field staff
Requirements
- Prior commercial cleaning or facilities leadership
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to travel between multiple sites
- Drug screening required
- Background check required
- Fingerprinting required (applicable to all facility types)
