We are looking for a dependable and experienced cleaning professional with strong leadership skills and experience in commercial cleaning and floor care. Responsibilities Lead and perform special cleaning projects at various locations.Perform detailed commercial cleaning, including deep cleaning and floor care.Perform carpet cleaning and other specialized cleaning tasks.Assist with training and guiding team members during special projects.Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to company quality standards.Travel between different job sites as needed.Work independently while providing leadership and support to the cleaning team.RequirementsPrevious commercial cleaning experience preferred but not requiredBilingual in English and Spanish preferred.Valid driver's license .Clean driving record .Ability to work independently and lead a team.Must be able to work flexible hours and weekends as needed.
