About the role

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily cleaning schedules and ensure adherence to established protocols.
- Manage and train cleaning staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within a similar industry.
- Proven ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures and health and safety regulations.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Qualifications
