Commercial Cleaning Area Manager

Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day commercial cleaning operations across multiple client sites within the assigned areaRecruit, train, schedule, and supervise janitorial and cleaning staff to ensure optimal performanceConduct regular site inspections and quality control audits to maintain service standardsServe as the primary point of contact for client accounts, addressing concerns and ensuring customer satisfactionEnforce compliance with safety protocols, OSHA standards, and company policiesIdentify opportunities for account growth and support business development efforts Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor's degree preferred.Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial janitorial services, specifically managing commercial cleaning accounts.(required)Minimum of 3 years of management or supervisory experience. (required)Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)Strong leadership skills, including the ability to manage, motivate, and develop cleaning teams.Experience training employees, implementing cleaning procedures, and maintaining quality control standards.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly when communicating professionally with facility managers, clients, and internal leadership.Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.Ability to oversee multiple commercial accounts, ensure client satisfaction, and maintain operational efficiency.Hospitality cleaning experience is a plus!Company-provided vehicle for work-related transportation.Company credit card for authorized business expenses. Salary Range: $60,000–$80,000 annually, based on qualifications and experience.
