Qualifications

  • 5+ years in a leadership role in the commercial truck service and shop industry
  • 2+ years full P&L responsibility
  • Superior customer service and communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Strong analytical and business insight and the ability to analyze customer programs for profitability
  • Excellent MS Office skills and able to learn and operate software (AS400, SAP, Paylocity, etc.)
  • Able to cycle inventory, run reports, and communicate results with upper management
  • Must have strong leadership and time management skills, as well as close attention to detail
  • Able to interact with all levels within the organization and client base

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage branch operations, ensuring efficiency and growth
  • Develop and implement strategies that promote teamwork and operational effectiveness
  • Evaluate and refine branch practices for all lines of business
  • Hire, train, and manage employees, fostering professional development and productivity
  • Set strategic direction to drive branch performance and success
  • Collaborate with sales team to develop and execute a sales plan for the location
