What You'll Do
- Handle sophisticated Chapter 11 and commercial bankruptcy matters
- Advise corporate clients on restructuring, insolvency, and bankruptcy-related issues
- Represent businesses throughout bankruptcy proceedings and related negotiations
- Develop strategies for clients facing financial distress and complex restructuring matters
- Work directly with corporate clients and other stakeholders to navigate bankruptcy and restructuring issues
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of bankruptcy experience
- Strong background in Chapter 11 and corporate/commercial bankruptcy
- Experience advising corporations and businesses on bankruptcy and restructuring matters
- Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and client counseling skills
- Ability to independently manage sophisticated matters
- Any State Bar admission considered
