Responsibilities

  • Generate and service a wide variety of commercial loans
  • Develop and generate new client leads through existing clients and referrals from other bank departments
  • Call on existing relationships to review portfolios and make recommendations as needed
  • Expand commercial loans, client relationships, and cross-sell bank products
  • Expand commercial loans, client relationships, and cross-sell bank products
  • Manage a large commercial portfolio
  • Apply expert underwriting judgment and perceptive character judgment skills
  • Monitor credit performance and ensure compliance with all related regulations, laws, etc.
  • Build and maintain relationships, with a resulting high degree of customer satisfaction

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience with commercial or credit associated lending, credit, underwriting, or other directly related experience
  • Expert knowledge of commercial loans, credit analysis, lending, loan processing and closing processes
  • Excellent sales ability
  • Experience in applicant interviewing and perceptive character judgment skills
  • Ability to structure loans and monitor credit performance
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Working knowledge of software applications, including word processing and spreadsheets

Schedule

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $190,000 - $230,000 annually depending on job-related factors such as level of experience.
