Duties And Responsibilities

• Captures and reviews commercial loan document packages throughout the application and closing process.
• Maintains documentation to ensure compliance with bank policies regarding necessary notations, forms, agreements, and signatures.
• Creates cover letters and communicates with commercial banking customers and associated parties, including attorneys, title companies, and insurance companies.
• Communicates with borrowers and associated parties to resolve outstanding issues regarding booked and closed loans.
• Prepares, monitors, and maintains reports for internal and external reporting purposes.
• Aids Commercial Banking Officers with loan advances, disbursements, construction draws, or requests for construction draws through the Secured Credit Department.
• Aids Commercial Banking Officers with tracking and completing commercial loan documentation and financial exceptions.
• Processes detailed wire transfers, advances, and online transfers.
• Aids customers in resolving issues with loans and deposit accounts.
• Manages workflow of commercial loan documents, including letters of credit, documentation of processed loan files, and issuance of advances on lines of credit.
• Completes Loan Documentation Form Letters for Covenant Waivers.
• Assumes lending responsibilities for Senior Commercial Bankers in their absence, including attending closings as a representative of S&T Bank.
• Provides consistent, superior quality customer service to both internal and external customers.
• Maintains a good working relationship with bank employees in other departments.

Requirements

• High school diploma, plus specialized training or a two-year degree in a related business field.
• Five to ten years general experience with two to five years of specialized banking experience.

Physical Demands

• Operates a keypad device 90% of the day.
• Operates electronic equipment 90% of the day.
• Travels occasionally as required.

Salary Range

$36,438.00 - $80,850.00
