for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate: EEO, etc. Also remove navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove "About Us" maybe? The instruction: Use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to map content.
We have content:
- Intro paragraph about Infosys Financial Services unit: "The Infosys Financial Services unit is a global leader..." This is about the role? Could be "About the role" or maybe "About Us". But we have a separate "About Us" later. The instruction says use heading "About the role" for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities...). So we should put the introductory description under About the role
.
- Then "In the assigned Job Role of Domain Consultant 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:" followed by bullet list of responsibilities. So that is Responsibilities.
- Then "Your contribution to the team:" bullet list of personal attributes/skills? That could be Skills? Actually it's more like "Your contribution to the team:" describing desired traits. Could be under Skills or Requirements. But we also have "Required Skills :" bullet list, and "Preferred Skills :" bullet list. Also "Additional Required Qualifications :" bullet list.
Thus we need sections: Responsibilities, Requirements (maybe combine required skills?), Qualifications (education, relocation, work authorization), Skills (maybe required and preferred skills?), Benefits (explicit). Pay and Schedule: not mentioned specifically; there is "competitive pay" but no specifics, so we should NOT create Pay or Schedule sections because they are not specific (just "competitive pay" is vague). The instruction: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Benefits is stated with list, so include Benefits. Pay: only "competitive pay" but no specifics; that is vague, maybe considered not specific enough? The instruction: never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. "competitive pay" is vague but still states pay exists. However it's not a specific amount or range. Might be considered filler? I'd lean to not include Pay section because it's not specific. Similarly Schedule not mentioned.
Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (maybe combine required skills and qualifications?), Qualifications (education etc), Skills (maybe required and preferred skills?), Benefits.
But we need to avoid duplication. Let's parse content:
About the role: The first paragraph(s) describing Infosys Financial Services unit and opportunity.
Responsibilities: bullet list after "In the assigned Job Role of Domain Consultant 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:"
Your contribution to the team: bullet list of personal attributes (collaborative spirit, communication skills, analytical, etc). This could be considered Skills or Requirements. But we also have Required Skills and Preferred Skills sections.
Thus we could treat "Your contribution to the team:" as Skills (maybe soft skills). Then Required Skills as Skills (hard skills). Preferred Skills as also Skills.
Qualifications: Additional Required Qualifications bullet list (degree, relocation, work auth). Also maybe "Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required..." etc.
Thus we can have:
About the role
...
Responsibilities
- ... ...
Skills
Maybe combine "Your contribution to the team:" and Required Skills and Preferred Skills? But we need to avoid too thin sections. Could have one Skills section containing all skill-related bullet points (soft and hard). However we need to preserve all substantive information; we can list them under Skills. But we also have Qualifications separate. Thus:Skills
- A collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills.
- Strong analytical and coordination skills with a focus on process optimization
- A knack for creating detailed process maps and technical documentation with domain specialization
- Proactive approach to in conducting benchmarking studies and product research
- Familiarity with system implementation, configuration, and maintenance
- Effective collaboration and communication abilities with cross-functional teams
- Experience across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Sweeps, Balance Reporting, and Zero Balancing.
- Experience and understanding of Corporate Treasury processes, including Forex, trading, and liquidity management.
- Good exposure to liquidity structures, cash positioning, and forecasting processes.
- Understand end-to-end treasury system landscape, including upstream/downstream integrations, real-time and batch processing flows.
- Perform advanced data and business analysis to identify gaps, define problem statements, and design innovative solutions.
- Analyze data flows and source systems to design data mapping, transformation logic, and integration patterns.
- Experience with SQL, data analysis
- Experience and desire to work in management consulting environment
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.
- Candidates authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply.
- Infosys is unable to provide immigration sponsorship for this role now or in the future.
Benefits
- Medical/Dental/Vision/Life Insurance
- Long-term/Short-term Disability
- Health and Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts
- Insurance (Accident, Critical Illness , Hospital Indemnity, Legal)
- 401(k) plan and contributions dependent on salary level
- Paid holidays plus Paid Time Off
for prose. So we could have a short paragraph then list. But we can also just list. However we need to preserve all substantive information; the sentence "Along with competitive pay, as a full-time Infosys employee you are also eligible for the following benefits:" is substantive (mentions competitive pay). Since we are not making a Pay section, we could include that sentence in a
before the benefits list. That would preserve info about competitive pay. Let's do that. Thus Benefits section:
Benefits
Along with competitive pay, as a full-time Infosys employee you are also eligible for the following benefits:
- ...
maybe multiple paragraphs but we can combine into one
with line breaks? Better to keep as one
but it's long; still fine. Now Responsibilities: bullet list. We need to ensure we don't include duplicated lines. The bullet list includes: - Analyze client business processes to identify optimization opportunities and align them with industry-specific standards and best practices - Facilitate benchmarking studies, working with stakeholders to align solution performance with industry standards and domain-specific insights - Collaborate with technical teams and document system customizations and configurations, drafting standard operating procedures and workflows that align with functional requirements of the relevant sector - Conduct in-depth research on third-party products within the domain, providing comparative analysis of features, costs, and scalability - Coordinate the implementation of solutions addressing issues during setup and integration, and support in developing and maintaining SOPs, to ensure system stability and performance post-implementation We'll output as
- ... ...
