POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support Property Management Team based on specific building assignments
  • Develop and maintain working relationships with tenants and decision-makers
  • Coordination and implementation of portfolio-specific tenant outreach programs
  • Affiliate with Property Management Team in addressing tenant concerns quickly and professionally
  • Attend regular meetings with Property Management Team and key tenants to review property operations
  • Monitor work orders and preventative maintenance tasks, analyzing trends and recommending action plans to improve service delivery
  • Affiliate with vendor invoice review, coding, and submittal process as needed
  • Affiliate with the preparation and review of tenant bill-backs as needed
  • Affiliate with the preparation of vendor and project contracts as needed
  • Maintain up-to-date data, including tenant contact information, building records, lease file information, Fire Evacuation Plans, and Tenant Handbooks, etc.
  • Monitor and collect accounts receivables from tenants
  • Affiliate with the preparation of monthly financial reports, accruals, budgets, etc.
  • Affiliate with the Property Management Team with tenant improvement projects as needed
  • Coordinate and assist with property inspections and vendor onsite walks
  • Affiliate with the pre- and post-move-in process
  • Oversee projects as requested by the Property Management Team
  • Ensure operational compliance (i.e., vendor contract reviews, insurance certificate compliance, tenant contact audit, etc.)
  • Performs other duties as assigned by Senior Property Manager(s) and Regional Property Manager
  • Performs other duties as assigned by Property Management Team
  • Performs all duties assigned to the Property Management Team in their absence
  • Ability to travel locally

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • Must have a minimum high school diploma or GED; associate or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, Finance, or Accounting preferred
  • Minimum of 3 year of experience in commercial real estate property management. Experience in healthcare property management strongly preferred
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Experience in the analysis of operational and financial data
  • Possess strong initiative and a sense of personal responsibility
  • Ability to establish and maintain rapport with the business community and interact with various levels of professionals
  • Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
