Commercial Alarm Technician

About the role

Atronic Alarms is seeking a sharp, driven technician to join our team installing and servicing security, CCTV, and access control systems in Kansas City. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work with your hands, solve real problems, and help keep local businesses safe.

Responsibilities

• Install, program, and troubleshoot commercial access, CCTV, and security systems
• Run wiring, configure equipment, and ensure every system is properly dialed in
• Read blueprints and schematics accurately
• Walk customers through their new systems and answer their questions
• Maintain clean records and adhere to code and safety standards

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in commercial security, fire, or low-voltage systems (3+ years preferred)
• Solid grasp of low-voltage wiring and system programming
• Sharp problem-solving skills and an eye for detail
• Great people skills — you're the face of Atronic on every job
• Valid driver's license with a clean record
• Ability to lift 40 lbs and be comfortable on ladders
