The Lyons National Bank has an excellent opportunity in their Farmington Market for the position of Commercial / Agricultural Loan Officer. This position is for someone who is committed to building strong customer relationships and providing quality products and exceptional service. The ideal candidate is an extremely self-motivated, responsible, sales-driven professional with a passion for excellent customer service and delivering Commercial/Agricultural Banking services to their expanding customer base.
Responsibilities
- Business development and servicing the loan and general Banking needs of business customers
- Ensuring compliance with existing operating policies and procedures
- Proficient interpersonal relations, communicative, and sales skills
- A thorough knowledge of the features and benefits of all loan products and services, Governmental Guarantee programs, and current lending regulations
- A comprehensive knowledge of operating policies and procedures impacting loan services
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field of study
- Minimum of two (2) years of Commercial Lending experience

Pay
The pay range for this position is $70,000 - $145,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. (Range may be adjusted for applicants with significant experience.)
