Duties & Responsibilities
- Serves as primary lead for the development of industry-wide reports and scorecards of category, channel and geography-centric performance trends for key commercial and sales constituents.
- Collaborates across disciplines and departments (Sales Team, Category Space Team, RGM) to develop information-based presentations to assist with solving business issues to identify opportunities and provide solutions and recommendations.
- Assesses market conditions, category conditions and shopper behavior and recommends strategies to meet and exceed company performance objectives.
- Collaborates with channel and customer commercialization leads to review the impact of strategies and initiatives on the overall performance at the category, channel and geographic levels.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- 3-5 Years of experience with data analytics, preferably with a CPG Company
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint Skills
- Strong presentation and communication abilities with both external (customers) and internal partners
- Proven knowledge of and experience with syndicated data (Nielsen/IRI) and shopper card data
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Knowledge acquired through 3 to up to 5 years of work experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Four Year Degree in Marketing, Finance or General Business
