Key Responsibilities For The Commercial Accounting & Operations Manager Serve as the primary liaison between Operations and Accounting, ensuring accurate transaction flow through A/P, A/R, invoicing, revenue recognition, and the General Ledger. Lead the end-to-end order-to-cash process from customer order through billing, collections, and financial reporting. Manage and develop a five-person team supporting order administration, purchasing, invoicing, and transaction processing. Partner cross-functionally with Accounting, Sales, Service, IT, and leadership to improve processes, strengthen controls, and ensure financial accuracy. Drive operational excellence through process improvements and ERP optimization.
