Dunn’s HVAC, Plumbing & Electrical - Pelham, a Southern Home Services Company, is seeking a dynamic Commercial Account Manager to join a thriving business that values work-life balance and cares about its employees.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial sector, targeting potential clients in need of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing services.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new commercial clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering repeat business.
- Conduct meetings with potential clients, present tailored service solutions, and prepare detailed proposals to win new contracts.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to develop effective strategies for acquiring new clients and expanding service offerings.
- Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of commercial accounts, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any service or performance issues as they arise.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery, accurate quotes, and the successful implementation of service contracts.
- Track sales performance, provide regular updates on progress, and forecast future sales opportunities to leadership.
- Proactively address client concerns, provide exceptional customer service, and offer solutions to improve client satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in commercial sales, ideally in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in business development and account management within a B2B environment.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing services and solutions is preferred but not required.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
- Ability to build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach to achieving sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales tools.
- Able to work independently while collaborating with internal teams to meet customer needs.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Pay
The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $80,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
