Commercial Account Manager

Mission

To make RAVING FANS of commercial clients and prospects by being the person they can trust and turn to for their commercial insurance needs and concerns.

Responsibilities

• Utilize agency processes and best practices to serve as an advisor to our clients and prospects.
• Process information from new prospects, quote policies, work with carrier underwriters to develop proposals, and assist with new client onboarding.
• Manage workers comp audits for clients and assist with renewal reviews.
• Initiate cross-sell opportunities and coverage updates as necessary.

Requirements

• Active P&C Insurance License
• One year of insurance experience, some of which was working with Commercial Insurance
• Work in the office at 1200 Mountain Creek Rd., Chattanooga TN 37405 during normal office hours, 8:30am- 5pm, with occasional evening meetings by appointment.
