Job Duties / Responsibilities
The Commercial Account Manager in HVAC will be responsible for bringing in new business and creating long term customer relationships to help grow the service sales aspect of the company. Anchor expects a driven individual who is a self-starter that can also be a team player. You will be given all the tools needed to succeed and the sales manager will take the time to teach and help you grow your career. - Prospecting/Cold Calling
- Scheduling meetings with Potential New Customers
- Quote New Construction HVAC projects
- Managing Personal Relationships with Key Account Contacts to Create Long Term Partnerships.
- Scheduling Maintenance, Service, and Installation Jobs with the Dispatch and Technician Team.
- Create Sales and Contact Reports for the Sales Meetings.
- Meet and Exceed Goals Established by Sales Manager.
Qualifications
- Minimum High School Education
- College Education Preferred
- 2+ Years of Account Manager Business to Business Sales
- HVAC Sales a plus
- Self-Motivated, Goal Oriented, Responsible, Coachable, Team Oriented.
Work Location
Work is on site, in person at our corporate office in Douglasville, GA.
