Responsibilities
- Own full cycle commercial sales from prospecting to closing and exceed revenue targets
- Generate and manage pipeline through outbound methods and strategic partnerships
- Identify prospects aligned with the company’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
- Conduct consultative discovery with senior stakeholders to uncover business needs
- Execute account and territory strategies to drive growth
- Run a disciplined sales process with accurate forecasting
- Deliver tailored presentations connecting customer priorities to the company’s value
Qualifications
- 3+ years in a B2B SaaS sales role as a quota-carrying closer
- Demonstrated success in quota overattainment and pipeline generation
- Strong hunter mentality for creating opportunities beyond inbound leads
- Experience in a startup or growth stage environment requiring ownership and adaptability
- Familiarity with sales methodologies like MEDDPICC or SPICED
- Expertise in tailoring software demos for diverse stakeholders
- Consultative selling style with strong discovery skills
