About the role
Incident.io is looking for a Product Manager to join our growing team. Reporting to the VP of Engineering, this role will be responsible for defining and driving the strategic direction of our product.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to understand customer needs and translate them into product features
- Define and prioritize product roadmap based on market trends, user feedback, and business goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of product initiatives
- Lead product development from concept through launch, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery
- Drive user research and analysis to inform product decisions and improve user experience
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in SaaS products
- Experience working with agile methodologies and product development lifecycle
- Strong analytical skills and ability to distill complex data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across different levels of the organization
Qualifications
- Passionate about building innovative and user-centric products
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with product management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana
Skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Experience with product analytics and A/B testing
- Understanding of software development life cycle and DevOps practices

Pay
- $120,000 - $150,000 annually
