About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Falcon Jet Technical Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. If you have a knack for solving complex technical issues and providing exceptional customer support in the aviation industry, this opportunity is for you.

Responsibilities

• Be the expert: Answer technical questions from Falcon Jet operators and provide multi-faceted support for all AOG (Aircraft on Ground) issues.
• Record and complete all customer phone contacts in our database, adhering to Department Guidelines.
• Execute the AOG Response process consistently and step in as the AOG Response Coordinator when needed.
• Coordinate with our Worldwide Technical Front Line team to resolve issues efficiently.
• Analyze and recommend corrective actions for aircraft discrepancies, ensuring timely resolution.
• Review technical materials and manuals, suggesting revisions to enhance safety, performance, and cost-effectiveness.
• Help customers obtain necessary parts from our Spares department to meet technical needs.
• Submit owner information changes and maintain familiarity with electronic maintenance manuals and research tools.
• Attend Worldwide Front Line meetings annually as directed by the Operations Manager.
• Take on other responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

• Two years of college education in aeronautical maintenance engineering or equivalent A&P classroom training.
• Minimum of two years of work experience with Falcon Jet aircraft systems (avionics, engines, etc.).
• Strong computer and telephone communication skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifications (Preferred)

• Pilot’s license.
• Inspection Authorization.
• Avionics background.
• Knowledge of the French language.

Pay

The compensation for this position typically falls between $95,000 and $105,000 per year. This position is not eligible for overtime. Final compensation will depend on factors such as relevant experience, Falcon-specific experience, education/certifications, and geographic location.
