Responsibilities

• Lead and manage client engagements from inception to completion
• Develop strategic recommendations and actionable solutions for clients
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders
• Conduct research and analysis to inform project deliverables
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Mentor and guide junior team members
• Contribute to business development and proposal writing

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy, or a related field
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Experience working with non-profit, healthcare, or public sector organizations
• Bachelor's degree in business, public administration, or a related discipline

Qualifications

• Master's degree (MBA, MPA, or equivalent) preferred
• Experience with change management and organizational development
• Familiarity with fundraising and development strategies
• Proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools
