Comfort Station Supervisor

The Comfort Station Supervisor role is full-time, hourly, with a starting pay range of $21-$23 per hour. Located at Troubadour Golf & Field Club, outside of Nashville, Tennessee.

Responsibilities

• Inventory, product ordering, training and managing the staff
• Maintain the highest levels of quality and control
• Manage labor cost, beverage cost, and operating costs within budget
• Engage with members on all occasions, particularly during club-wide tournaments and celebrations
• Share member feedback with the team to continuously improve
• Conduct inventory counts of all Comfort Station items
• Aid in the execution and development of training for Comfort Station Attendants
• Ensure all comfort stations comply with sanitation and safety regulations
• Report any maintenance problems or safety issues promptly
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and outside vendors to ensure products are always available
• Ensure daily set-up and break down are consistent with standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Make an exceptional level of service for all members and guests during the comfort station experience
• Work independently and manage a team

Requirements

• Minimum of 2-4 years in guest services or food and beverage industry
• Previous management or supervisor experience
• Experience working in a high-end club, hotel, or resort with Forbes standards preferred but not required
• Active TABC certification, bartending, and serving experience
• Good judgment and decision-making skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
• Computer skills and working knowledge of major software
• Prominent verbal and written communication skills, fluency in English
• Excellent training skills, positively interacts with all team members and club members
• Detail-oriented and able to maintain a clean work environment
• Preserved appearance and professional demeanor
• Ability to recruit staff, design schedules, and coach performance
• Customer service-oriented with hospitality skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
• Physical labor such as bending, stooping, walking, and reaching
• Ability to work in all weather conditions
