About the role

Great Dane Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an HVAC In-Home Comfort Consultant for their Farmington Hills location. The ideal candidate will be friendly, motivated, and independent, converting leads into new installations and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Convert leads into new installations
• Create accurate plans for the Install Team to follow
• Provide unmatched customer service on every call

Requirements

• Friendly, motivated, and independent personality
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong communication skills
• Basic knowledge of HVAC systems

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in home improvement or customer service preferred
