Comfort Advisor - HVAC Residential Sales Rep

About the role

Join HomeServe as a Comfort Advisor / HVAC Residential Sales Representative in the fast-growing HVAC industry, valued at over $16 billion. This critical outside sales role supports HomeServe’s goal to increase installation revenue growth (Heating, Cooling, and Water Heaters) by working with homeowners and property owners to address their home heating and cooling needs.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales goals set by the management team.
• Conduct scheduled in-home appointments to identify opportunities, propose solutions, and close sales using company-provided tools and systems.
• Generate self-sourced leads through creative and traditional sales methods.
• Partner with field technicians on sales calls to uncover opportunities for improving HVAC systems, energy efficiency, and indoor air quality.
• Manage all opportunities using the company’s CRM.
• Use an iPad for proposals, facilitating financing/subscriptions, and managing the sales pipeline.
• Follow up on site visits to ensure quality and 100% customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• In-home selling experience is an advantage.
• Residential HVAC or home services selling experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with technology (cell phone, tablet, computer).
• Strong people and communication skills.
• Openness to coaching and development.
• Ability to work positively in a team environment.
• Valid driver’s license.

Schedule

Position requires a minimum 5-day work week, including some evenings and weekends as needed. Must be flexible to meet customer needs.

Pay

Base salary plus uncapped commission. On average, a HomeServe Comfort Advisor can expect to earn between $115,000 - $165,000+ annually based on performance.
