Location: Tyler, TX 75707, serving residential customers within approximately 30 miles of ZIP code 75703.

Pay

• Base pay: $30 to $50 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
• Commission: Additional performance-based commission opportunities (structure discussed during interview)
• Sign-on bonus: $5,000 payable after six months of continuous employment, subject to eligibility terms

Schedule

• Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Extended hours during peak seasons
• Weekend work required for sales appointments
• Expected hours: 40 to 50 per week

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home HVAC sales consultations for residential heating and air conditioning system replacements and upgrades
• Build rapport with homeowners, understand their comfort concerns, and identify their priorities and expectations
• Evaluate existing HVAC equipment, including air conditioning systems, heating systems, heat pumps, airflow, ductwork, and overall system performance
