Comfort Advisor
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct In-Home Consultations: Meet with homeowners to evaluate their HVAC needs, perform assessments, and discuss potential solutions.
- Present HVAC Solutions: Provide detailed explanations of our HVAC products and services, helping customers make informed decisions.
- Prepare Estimates: Develop accurate and competitive pricing estimates based on customer requirements and company guidelines.
- Close Sales: Utilize effective sales techniques to convert consultations into sales, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Maintain Customer Communication: Ensure customer satisfaction, address concerns, and provide ongoing support.
- Leverage Leads: Work with company-provided leads and self-generated prospects to maximize sales opportunities.
- Attend Training: Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, sales strategies, and industry trends.
- Document Sales Activities: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and installation schedules.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of successful sales and/or customer service experience.
- Consultative sales experience is a plus!
- Strong interest in HVAC systems and sales.
- Excellent communication skills. Ability to understand and explain technical information in a clear and concise manner.
- A positive, coachable, and driven attitude.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- A current and valid driver's license in the state where you will work.

Pay
The pay range for this position is $80,000 USD - $120,000 USD, commensurate with experience and performance.
Schedule
Comfort Advisors typically work in field environments across residential job sites, climbing ladders and navigating uneven surfaces. They regularly work in confined spaces and move materials up to 50 pounds. They operate hand and power tools and vehicles. Essential functions may require reasonable accommodation.
