About the role

Nytech Heating, Cooling & Plumbing is a home service company focused on providing exceptional customer experiences and honest, professional service. We are currently seeking a Comfort Advisor (Sales) who can help homeowners find the best heating, cooling, and indoor air quality solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design customized HVAC and indoor air quality solutions for homeowners
• Perform full home comfort evaluations, including load calculations, ductwork inspections, and comfort and air quality assessments
• Clearly present system options and recommendations to customers
• Manage all job-related documentation including financing, rebates, and tax credits
• Ensure accurate invoicing and secure payment collection
• Document existing systems with photos and detailed notes
• Create complete material and equipment lists for installations
• Cook up temporary heating/cooling solutions when needed
• Educate customers on warranties, guarantees, and system operation

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of sales experience (HVAC experience preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using iPads and industry software
• Self-motivated with a drive to succeed
• Excellent time management and ability to multitask
• Team-oriented with a professional attitude
