About the role

The role involves providing expert advice on comfort solutions, including HVAC systems, energy efficiency, and indoor air quality.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical consultation to clients on HVAC systems and energy efficiency measures.
• Assess building performance and recommend improvements to enhance comfort and reduce energy consumption.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to integrate comfort solutions into new construction projects.
• Conduct training sessions for building owners and maintenance staff on best practices for maintaining comfort systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Sciences, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HVAC design, installation, or consulting.
• Proficiency in energy modeling software such as EnergyPlus or ESPResSo.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
• Experience with commissioning and retro-commissioning processes.
• Passion for improving indoor environmental quality.

Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
