About the role

Join a Team That Values People and Performance! MAC Heating & Air is growing and seeks a motivated, customer-focused HVAC Comfort Advisor to help homeowners find the best heating and cooling solutions.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to evaluate their heating and cooling needs.
• Perform in-home consultations and recommend HVAC replacement systems.
• Educate customers on equipment options, energy efficiency, financing, warranties, and indoor air quality products.
• Prepare accurate proposals and close sales with integrity and professionalism.
• Follow up on leads generated by service technicians, marketing campaigns, and customer inquiries.
• Cook up with installation teams to ensure a smooth customer experience from sale to installation.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in the CRM.
• Build lasting relationships that generate referrals and repeat business.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience (HVAC, home improvement, construction, or in-home sales preferred).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Comfortable using tablets, computers, and CRM software.
• Preferred HVAC sales or comfort advisor experience.
• Knowledge of residential HVAC systems.
• Experience with Service Titan or similar CRM software.
• Financing presentation experience.
