Combined-Cycle O&M Manager

About the role

This position will partner closely with the Plant Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, maintenance planning, safety, contractor coordination, and continuous improvement efforts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations

Requirements

• Combined cycle or gas-fired power plant experience
• Previous operations or maintenance management experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills

Qualifications

• Proven track record in managing complex power generation facilities
• Ability to lead and mentor a team
• Knowledge of industry best practices and regulatory requirements
