About the role
Conducts repair and failure analysis on AN/SQQ-89(V) SONAR equipment in Fleet Concentration Areas (FCAs).
Responsibilities
- Analyzes failures and faults and provides corrective solutions required in order to implement equipment repair
- Conducts testing and restoration activities as required
Qualifications
- 10+ years of related experience
- Secret clearance (currently possess and able to obtain)
- US Citizenship required
Skills
- Subject Matter Expert with all AN/SQQ-89(V) SONAR combat system equipment
- Familiar with all legacy SONAR and modern AN/SQQ-89A(V)15 SONAR equipment
- Analytical thinking

Pay
The likely hourly rate for this position is between $30.88 - $41.46.
Schedule
40 hours per week. Travel required: Less than 10%. Onsite work location: USA VA Dam Neck.
