The Role
The College of Osteopathic Medicine seeks an Adjunct Faculty Member to teach and support courses within their medical curriculum.
Responsibilities
- Teach and facilitate courses within the College of Osteopathic Medicine curriculum
- Develop engaging course materials
- Maintain a strong online presence
- Provide timely communication and support to students and faculty
- Enhance student learning through innovative instructional strategies
- Contribute to curriculum quality and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Hold a graduate degree in Spanish
- Experience that demonstrates mastery of Spanish and medical terminology
- Doctoral degree preferred
- Familiarity with innovative teaching methodologies and effective student evaluation methods
Qualifications
- Candidates located in Iowa are preferred
- Applicants from Wisconsin, Illinois, Missouri, or Indiana may also be considered
