The user wants me to reformat a job posting into clean, well-structured semantic HTML. I need to follow the rules carefully: 1. Use

for section headings (About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule) 2. Use
  • for lists of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose 3. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading 4. Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it 5. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail 6. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions 7. Include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text 8. Never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them 9. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones 10. Output ONLY the HTML fragment — no /, no markdown code fences Let me analyze the job posting content: **Metadata (fold into a short

or drop):** - Organization: Bur of Workers' Compensation Agency - Contact: Matthew Palte- HCM Sr. Analyst: Matthew.P.2@bwc.ohio.gov - Work Location: 75 West Spring Street Columbus, Ohio, 43215-2256 United States - Compensation: $26.54 - $34.53 - Schedule: Permanent - Full Time - Work Hours: 8am - 4pm - Classified Indicator: Classified - Union: OCSEA - Primary Job Skill: Investigation **About Us / Culture / Vision / Mission / Core Values / Employee Testimonials** - This is substantive content about the organization. Could go under "About the Organization" or similar. **What You'll Be Doing** - This is responsibilities/duties. Should be a section with

    • . **Additional Information** - Field position, not required to report daily. Could be part of "About the Role" or separate. **EEO & ADA Statement** - Boilerplate, remove. **BWC OCSEA Selection Rights** - Union selection rights, could be relevant but maybe boilerplate-ish. Might include as a note. **Salary Information** - Detailed pay progression info. This is substantive pay information. Should include in a Pay section. **Transportation** - Travel requirements, own transportation/state vehicle. Could be in Requirements or separate. **Educational Transcripts** - Application requirement, but it's about transcripts. Could be in Requirements/Qualifications. **Background Check** - Standard boilerplate, but specific to this posting. Might include. **Why Work For The State Of Ohio** - Benefits list. This is substantive benefits information. Should include in Benefits section. **Qualifications** - Specific qualifications listed. Should be in Qualifications/Requirements section. **Job Skills: Investigation** - Heading but no content? Actually it says "Job Skills: Investigation" then "Major Worker Characteristics" with knowledge/skill/ability lists. This is substantive skills/requirements content. **ADA Statement** - Boilerplate, remove. **Drug-Free Workplace** - Boilerplate, remove. Now, let me structure the HTML: 1. Brief metadata paragraph (location, schedule, compensation, union, contact) 2. About the Organization (culture, vision, mission, values, employee testimonials) 3. Responsibilities (What You'll Be Doing) 4. Additional Information (field position note) 5. Qualifications (the formal qualifications + major worker characteristics knowledge/skills/abilities) 5. Pay (salary information with progression details) 6. Benefits (Why Work For The State Of Ohio benefits list) 7. Requirements/Other (transportation, transcripts, background check, selection rights) Wait, the rules say use specific section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. I should map to these. Let me map: - "About the role" could include the field position note and maybe the organization overview? But organization overview is more "About the Organization". The rules say "About the role" as a heading example. I'll use "About the Role" for the field position and general nature. - "Responsibilities" for What You'll Be Doing - "Qualifications" for the formal qualifications (12 mos trg/exp or associate degree) - "Skills" for the Major Worker Characteristics (knowledge, skill, ability lists) - "Pay" for salary information - "Benefits" for Why Work For The State Of Ohio - "Schedule" is already in metadata, but could have a section if detailed. The posting says "Schedule: Permanent - Full Time Work Hours: 8am - 4pm" - that's in metadata. I'll include in metadata paragraph. - "Requirements" could be for transportation, transcripts, background check, selection rights. But the rules say "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So I should consolidate. Let me think about the best structure: 1. Metadata paragraph (location, schedule, hours, compensation range, union, contact) 2. About the Organization (culture, vision, mission, values, testimonials) 3. About the Role (field position, general description) 4. Responsibilities (bulleted list from What You'll Be Doing) 5. Qualifications (formal minimum qualifications) 6. Skills (Major Worker Characteristics - knowledge, skills, abilities) 7. Pay (salary progression details) 8. Benefits (state benefits list) 9. Additional Requirements (transportation, transcripts, background check, selection rights) That seems comprehensive but not too many sections. All have substantive content. Now, I need to write the HTML. Use

      for headings,
      • for lists,

        for prose. Let me draft:

Work Location: 75 West Spring Street, Columbus, Ohio 43215. Schedule: Permanent Full‑Time, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM. Compensation: $26.54–$34.53/hour. Union: OCSEA (classified). Contact: Matthew Palte, HCM Sr. Analyst – Matthew.P.2@bwc.ohio.gov.
