About the role

Join our SF Color Bar Team as a Colorist and work with clients alongside a team of dedicated hair color experts who keep our customers’ hair looking fabulous. This position is critical in bringing our message, products, and delightful customer experience to life at our Color Bars. Madison Reed is a prestige beauty brand founded in 2013, empowering all women with a revolutionary way to color their hair through unparalleled hair color and care products.

Responsibilities

• Provide thorough client consultations and maintain client records
• Perform color applications with ease and strong blow dry skills
• Educate clients on our color system and recommend ideal color care regimens
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve client issues quickly
• Operate in a fun, fast-paced team environment while delighting clients
• Contribute to a culture of innovation, creativity, and continuous improvement

Requirements

• Licensed cosmetologist (required)
• Experience in a fast-paced service environment
• Proven track record of delivering remarkable customer service
• Previous salon experience (a plus)
• Comfortable using technology in everyday work
