How you’ll make an impact in this role
This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated Colorectal Surgeon to join an employed position within a busy, well-respected practice, supported by a strong referral base and the full resources of a robust health system network.
The Team & Structure
Join an established, high-performing specialist team consisting of 1 other physician and 1 Nurse Practitioner.
Call Structure: Maintain an equitable 1:2 call schedule with minimal call disruption.
Position Requirements
Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible (BC/BE) and hold or be eligible for an unrestricted Indiana medical license. Verified by local credentialing office.

What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need
Licensure / Certification / Registration: Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Indiana Medical Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Verified by local credentialing office.
Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Verified by local credentialing office.
Education Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
