Color Matcher

Responsibilities

• Perform color matching to benchmarks in accordance with customer specifications and requirements
• Scale-up of shades and treatments, including large quantity scale-ups of bases and clears
• Enter data accurately and maintain clear, precise records
• Pack and label samples appropriately
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment
• Perform related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Up to 1 Year Color matching experience in a laboratory or manufacturing setting, preferable but not required
• Batch making / formulation experience in a laboratory setting
• Minimum of high school diploma
• Experience with batch making / formulation is a plus
• Preferably experience in nail, color cosmetics (lipsticks, eye shadow), or paint industry
• Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills
• Able to lift up to 45 pounds
