Collision Technician, Tactical Response Team

What You'll Do

• Follow proper repair procedures and perform all procedures according to factory specifications
• Use frame equipment for measuring and installing structural components
• Repair exterior cosmetic panels with metal finishing and body filler
• Glue, rivet, and weld structural components
• Remove and replace all parts associated with collision repair including body, mechanical, electrical, and trim components
• Perform steel and aluminum welding operations: MIG / MAG / STRSW / Dent Puller
• Adhere to all regulatory compliance guidelines for hazardous waste disposal while maintaining a clean, orderly, and organized work area
• Comply with safety rules, guidelines, and standards

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years of experience as a Collision Repair Technician
• Up to 75% travel, with the ability to support up to 3 consecutive weeks when deployed
• Ability to travel with your own tools
• Seamlessly integrate with multiple different teams on wide variety of different technical repairs and processes
• Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with those contacted in the course of work, including the public
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality and work independently in limited supervision environments
• Willingness to work overtime if required
