What You'll Do
- Follow proper repair procedures and perform all procedures according to factory specifications
- Use frame equipment for measuring and installing structural components
- Repair exterior cosmetic panels with metal finishing and body filler
- Glue, rivet, and weld structural components
- Remove and replace all parts associated with collision repair including body, mechanical, electrical, and trim components
- Perform steel and aluminum welding operations: MIG / MAG / STRSW / Dent Puller
- Adhere to all regulatory compliance guidelines for hazardous waste disposal while maintaining a clean, orderly, and organized work area
- Comply with safety rules, guidelines, and standards
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years of experience as a Collision Repair Technician
- Up to 75% travel, with the ability to support up to 3 consecutive weeks when deployed
- Ability to travel with your own tools
- Seamlessly integrate with multiple different teams on various technical repairs and processes
- Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with those contacted in the course of work, including the public
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and work independently in limited supervision environments
- Willingness to work overtime if required

Pay
- Expected Compensation: $30.50 - $68.40/hour + cash and stock awards + benefits
- Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
