Collision Technician, Tactical Response Team

What You'll Do

• Follow proper repair procedures and perform all procedures according to factory specifications.
• Use frame equipment for measuring and installing structural components.
• Repair exterior cosmetic panels with metal finishing and body filler.
• Glue, rivet, and weld structural components.
• Remove and replace all parts associated with collision repair including body, mechanical, electrical, and trim components.
• Perform steel and aluminum welding operations: MIG / MAG / STRSW / Dent Puller.
• Adhere to all regulatory compliance guidelines for hazardous waste disposal while maintaining a clean, orderly, and organized work area.
• Comply with safety rules, guidelines, and standards.

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years of experience as a Collision Repair Technician.
• Up to 75% travel, with the ability to support up to 3 consecutive weeks when deployed.
• Able to travel with your own tools.
• Capable of seamlessly integrating with multiple different teams on wide variety of different technical repairs and processes.
• Able to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with those contacted in the course of work, including the public.
• Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality and to work independently in limited supervision environments.
• Willingness to work overtime if required.
