Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality collision repairs on a variety of vehicle makes and models
- Repair and replace damaged body panels and structural components
- Complete repairs according to manufacturer specifications
- Work efficiently while maintaining exceptional quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with estimators, painters, and fellow technicians to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- Previous collision repair experience required
- I-CAR and/or ASE certifications are a plus
- Ability to accurately diagnose and repair collision damage
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
