Could be the introductory paragraph about company and role? The posting includes "Company: Gerber Collision & Glass Great Teams Don’t Happen by Accident Built with Intent. Driven by YOU. At the Gerber Collision & Glass, our teams work to provide the elite infrastructure and supportive environment you need to Be the Best and outperform at every touchpoint in collision and glass services. As we continue to grow and lead the industry, we ensure you have the resources and the team behind you to move your career forward. Ready to grow with a team that’s built for your success? Apply today. Our Commitment The Boyd Group welcomes unique talents from all backgrounds and characteristics. We act with integrity and appreciate the diverse perspectives that make our "Greater Team" exceptional. Qualified individuals, including those with disabilities and Protected Veterans, are encouraged to apply." That's more about company and commitment. Could be "About the role" or "About us". But we have a separate "About Us" later. The instruction says use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to include only sections with real specific content. We have: - Responsibilities: "Key Job Responsibilities ..." list. - Requirements/Education: "Education And/or Experience Required ..." includes high school diploma/GED preferred, ability to multitask, automotive experience preferred, clear close vision required, 18 years or older, valid driver's license, strong attention to detail. - Skills/Abilities: "Required Skills/Abilities Customer Service Abilities Positive Attitude Trustworthy and Reliable Willingness to learn" - Other Requirements: physical demands list. - Benefits: "Benefits That Drive Your Success ..." list. - Pay: "Compensation Details $18-$22+ per hour based on experience" - Schedule: Not explicitly mentioned. No schedule info. So we should not create Schedule section. - About the role: Could be the introductory paragraph about the role? The posting includes "Job Description The Porter complements quality repairs by cleaning customer vehicles prior to vehicle delivery. Maintains the appearance and cleanliness of shop and office facilities." That's a brief description of the role. Could be considered "About the role". We'll include that as a paragraph under

About the role

. - About Us: There's a separate "About Us Gerber Collision & Glass has been WOWing customers..." but the instruction says we can use About the role heading, not About Us. However we could treat that as About the role? But we already have About the role from job description. The About Us is more company info; we could omit as not required heading. The instruction says we can use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, etc. It doesn't forbid adding other headings, but says "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It gives examples but not exclusive list. However we should prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could combine company info into About the role or omit. Probably better to include About the role (job description) and maybe About Us as separate? But that would be thin. I'd include About the role (job description) and maybe skip About Us. We must not repeat job title as heading. No job title given explicitly; we can ignore. We must not include boilerplate: EEO, AI Disclosure, etc. Also remove duplicated lines, application instructions (like "Apply today", "Please visit gerbercareers.com"). We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to keep the responsibilities list, requirements, skills, other requirements, benefits, pay. We need to format as HTML fragment: use

for headings,
  • for lists,

for prose. We need to ensure we don't include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. Let's extract content. First, About the role: The job description paragraph: "The Porter complements quality repairs by cleaning customer vehicles prior to vehicle delivery. Maintains the appearance and cleanliness of shop and office facilities." That's it. Could also include the sentence before: "Job Description". But we can just use that. Responsibilities: list items: - Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan. - Maintain the daily housekeeping of the interior of the office, including daily emptying of garbage cans, cleaning the floors, and dusting the countertops and work area. - Maintain the daily housekeeping of the interior of the production area, emptying of waste cans, sweeping the floors, disposing of unwanted vehicle parts, and placing tools and equipment in their proper location. - Maintain parking lots and grounds in a neat and orderly fashion, including shoveling sidewalks when necessary. - Pre-washes customer vehicles prior to repairs beginning. - Exterior and interior cleanup of customer vehicles after repairs are complete. - Transport of customer vehicles to sublet locations for repairs. Note: The original text had some run-on sentences without periods; we need to split appropriately. We'll create

    • for each. Requirements (Education/Experience): list: - High School diploma / GED preferred - Ability to multitask - Automotive experience preferred - Clear close vision required - 18 years of age or older - Valid Driver's license - Strong attention to detail We could also include "Education And/or Experience Required" heading but we will just list under Requirements. Skills/Abilities: list: - Customer Service Abilities - Positive Attitude - Trustworthy and Reliable - Willingness to learn Other Requirements (Physical demands): list: - Pulling/Pushing, Carrying - Walking 5+ - Sitting - Standing 5+ - Stoop, Kneel, crouch, and/or crawl 1+ - Operate a motor vehicle - Lift up to 50 pounds - Withstand exposure to working near moving mechanical parts - Stoop, kneel, crouch, and/or crawl (duplicate? but we can keep once) We may combine duplicates. Benefits: list: - Annual Paid Time Off (PTO) plans - 2 weeks of Paid Parental Leave for Full time Employees who work a minimum of 30 hours per week - 6 paid holidays annually - Medical, Prescription Drug, Dental & Vision Insurance effective Day 1 - 401(k) Retirement Plan with company match - Employer Paid Short-Term Disability & Life Insurance - Additional Voluntary Life Insurance - Continuing Education Opportunities - Free Prescription or Non-Prescription Safety Glasses annually - Annual Voluntary Uniform Stipend - Voluntary Daily Pay option available Pay: "$18-$22+ per hour based on experience" Schedule: none. We need to ensure we don't include boilerplate like "Please note, this job description is not designed to cover..." etc. That's boilerplate; we should remove. Also remove "The physical demands of your job must be met..." etc. That's part of Other Requirements? Actually it's a statement about physical demands; we already have physical demands list. The sentence "The physical demands of your job must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the job." is boilerplate; we should remove. Also remove "Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time with or without notice." boilerplate. Also remove "AI Disclosure Statement" etc. Also remove "About Us" maybe but we could keep as a paragraph under About the role? But we already have About the role. The About Us is company info; could be considered "About the role"? Not exactly. Safer to omit. Now construct HTML. We'll start with

      The Porter complements quality
