Collision Market Manager - NC Central

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of the WOW plan across all locations
• Manage activities of all locations and coordinate with General Managers
• Hold staff accountable for performance and recognize achievements
• Conduct daily calls for load leveling across the market
• Recruit, train, and coach new hires to enhance customer satisfaction
• Promote a safe working environment by enforcing safety policies
• Collaborate with corporate staff to drive market growth

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in collision repair industry
• At least 3 years of management experience
• ICAR Platinum certification preferred
• Estimating license if applicable in the state
• Ability to read and understand financial statements
• Extensive estimating experience
