Collision Market Manager

This role will lead operational priorities where safety, quality, compliance, and execution discipline are central to success. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a Business Services environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW plan across all locations
• Manage activities of multiple locations through coordination with General Managers
• Hold staff accountable for shop performance and adherence to SOP
• Lead daily calls to manage load leveling for the market
• Recruit, train, and develop new hires, while ensuring customer satisfaction
• Promote a safe and clean working environment through audits and safety reviews
• Work with corporate to drive external growth and meet business plan objectives
• Conduct monthly operations reviews and in-person audits with location managers
• Act as a liaison with insurance contacts and ensure timely responsiveness from stores

Qualifications

• 5+ years in collision repair industry
• 3+ years in management role
• ICAR Platinum certification preferred
• State-specific estimating license (if applicable)
• Ability to read and interpret financial statements
• Extensive estimating experience

Pay

$130,000 – $150,000 annually
