Collision Estimator - Hourly

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary point of contact for the customer throughout the repair process from the point of drop-off through the delivery of the completed vehicle.
• Prepares estimate for customer and or insurance partners according to manufacturer and Classic Collision guidelines.
• Partners with the insurance companies to manage customers claim to insure the best customer experience.
• Maintains communication with customers providing updates on repair process.
• Coincides with technicians to confirm all aspects of the damages are identified.
• Maintains customer satisfaction scores according to company standards.
• Performs quality inspection prior to vehicle delivery to the customer.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid Driver's License Required.
• Ability to provide clear, concise information in writing, via phone and in-person.
• Prior collision estimating experience preferred.
• Familiar with estimating systems CCC1 preferred.
• I-CAR / ASE certification preferred.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Successful completion of background check required.

Physical & Environmental

Regularly requires use of hands and is required to talk and hear. Frequent standing, sitting, walking, reaching with hands and arms, moving objects up to 20 pounds. Specific vision abilities include close vision, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus. Ability to assess accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of work assigned is required.

Pay
