Responsibilities
- Serves as the primary point of contact for the customer throughout the repair process from the point of drop-off through the delivery of the completed vehicle.
- Prepares estimate for customer and or insurance partners according to manufacturer and Classic Collision guidelines.
- Partners with the insurance companies to manage customers claim to insure the best customer experience.
- Maintains communication with customers providing updates on repair process.
- Coincides with technicians to confirm all aspects of the damages are identified.
- Maintains customer satisfaction scores according to company standards.
- Performs quality inspection prior to vehicle delivery to the customer.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid Driver's License Required.
- Ability to provide clear, concise information in writing, via phone and in-person.
- Prior collision estimating experience preferred.
- Familiar with estimating systems CCC1 preferred.
- I-CAR / ASE certification preferred.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Successful completion of background check required.

- Regularly required to use their hands and is required to talk and hear.
- Frequently required to stand, sit, and walk occasionally for long periods at a time.
- Occasionally required to reach with hands, and arms and move objects up to 20 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
- Abilities for assessing the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of the work assigned are required.
