Responsibilities
- Greet customers professionally and guide them through the repair process from estimate to delivery.
- Inspect vehicle damage and prepare complete, accurate repair estimates using CCC estimating software and manufacturer repair procedures.
- Cook up repairs with technicians to maximize workflow and production.
- Communicate effectively with customers, insurance companies, and adjusters throughout the repair process.
- Obtain approvals for supplements and ensure timely claim processing.
- Maintain repair progress and provide proactive customer updates.
- Cook up parts ordering and repair scheduling.
- Review completed repairs to ensure they meet our quality standards before vehicle delivery.
- Explain completed repairs to customers and ensure complete satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate documentation and repair files.
- Follow all dealership, insurance, OSHA, and state regulations while maintaining a safe work environment.
Qualifications
- Valid Pennsylvania Vehicle Damage Appraiser (Estimator) License required.
- Previous collision estimating/appraising experience required.
- Proficiency with CCC ONE estimating software preferred.
- Strong understanding of vehicle repair procedures and insurance claims.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced collision center.
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
