Responsibilities

  • Perform high-quality collision repairs on various vehicle types
  • Diagnose structural and cosmetic damage accurately
  • Work with modern equipment in a clean, updated facility
  • Collaborate with estimators and team members to ensure efficient workflow
  • Maintain safety and quality standards in a union shop environment

Requirements

  • Experience in collision repair (OEM certification recommended)
  • I-CAR Gold Class / Gold Preferred certification preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Commitment to continuous learning and improvement
