About the role

Bluebonnet Collision Center is seeking an experienced Collision Mechanical Technician to join their team. They are looking for a dependable, quality-driven technician who takes pride in doing the job right and works in a professional, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair mechanical damage related to collision repairs.
  • Perform suspension, steering, brake, cooling system, and drivetrain repairs.
  • Remove and install engines, transmissions, and other major components as needed.
  • Complete pre- and post-repair inspections.
  • Perform wheel alignments and assist with ADAS calibrations (experience is a plus).
  • Work closely with estimators and body technicians to ensure repairs meet OEM standards.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as an automotive or collision mechanical technician.
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • ASE certifications are a plus but not required.
