Collision Center Outside Estimator

Responsibilities

• Evaluate damages through visual inspection, mechanical testing devices, road tests, and customer-provided information
• Determine necessity and cost of repairs
• Review and provide insurance estimates
• Discuss damages, repair process, timeline, and costs with customers
• Create detailed estimates for repair and labor costs
• Place work orders for part replacements and repairs in the work management system
• Maintain open communication with customers and be available to address questions during the repair process
• Document repair details and complete necessary paperwork
• Implement a quality check process to inspect repaired vehicles and ensure they meet standards
• Complete final paperwork and handle payment with customers
• Provide exceptional customer service and foster ongoing relationships with clients
